Project Description
Manufacturing of a device for product pre-testing for automotive industry.
Works included complete 3D CAD design, parts purchasing, CNC machining and assembly. We used SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC and SIMATIC HMI panel for control. Purpose of device is to make repetative work easier and error free. Device is reporting specific problems on test subjects, such as missing labels, or failed pressurization tests.
